Immensely disrespectful and dereliction of duty are the two ways I would describe this software team. They have hired help from other countries that barely knows what they're doing, the products we were working on have had many days of outage that they were not willing to take responsibility for. Professional, Local (IE not overseas), Innovative and Insightful! Jon and the rest of the team (we affectionately call them the Robots) helped transform our online shopping tool and our business along with it. Not all software developers are created equal. Rarely will a company in any industry exceed your expectations. Even more rare is one that does it with consistency time and time again.
