My husband and I went in to buy a gun. Had all the intentions of spending 300-600$ the people did almost everything they could to NOT help us. I don’t know if it’s judging a book by the cover situation I’m all about supporting a small busy until you have no genuine customer service etiquette. Expecting us to spending a lot of money at a facility where you are not helped or feel welcomed is hysterical.
I would strongly suggest selling your gold and silver anywhere else but here. My wife took in 11 gold crowns she had accumulated as a dental professional. We already knew the rough value based on the gold percentages in the crowns. Hwy offered her an insulting $100 for ALL of them. The next day, she took them to Ar Gold & Silver Exchange in Rogers. Great experience at this shop smooth processes and they all went out of there way to assist me anyway they could , had what I thought was a issue with a new handgun they told me to come on back and showed me kindly and graciously the personally error I was having and didn’t make me feel stupid about it would recommend anytime anywhere
