All our patches came off the gear, it was a bit of a battle to get them fixed and a load of headaches and phone calls to rectify the issue. Eventually after many calls they did re-apply them for us. They never returned our money and we were unable to sell most of the gear at a charity event. Found out we over paid as well for everything.
