I was contacted by Susie in August of 2025 for a service that needed to be completed in California. The job was completed the next day but I have not received payment for my services. Please beware accepting work from this company I wish I had looked up the reviews prior to accepting myself.
I own a process service firm and did a job for Susie. Since work was completed and she received her proof of service, she has ignored all attempts to make contact. She has not paid her invoice after the client already paid her for this out of state job she contracted me for. She is unprofessional and seems to be more of a scam artist than a business professional.
6 Stars Legal Services will not answer their phone, will not return phone calls, and will not pay their Invoices for services rendered to other process servers who do work for them. Susie Benitez is not a "professional" process server and for sure doesn't operate a "professional" company. BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY OR RECEIVING WORK FROM SUSIE.
