Had gone here several times and had good experiences. Bought a disposable vape on Wednesday, the next evening it wasn’t working. I attempted to bring it back on Friday morning to see if I could get a replacement and the man behind the counter stared at me like I had 3 heads and stood there silently before saying (essentially) I could go shove it. Incredibly disappointing. Cannot recommend or shop here anymore
I would like to say the guy that was at the counter when I came in it was like close to closing and I asked questions about vapes and he knew every single answer.He was so polite and no sarcasm at all. Just amazing service I’m serious Best service I’ve had in so long, I’m telling guys need to go here it’s nice you won’t be sorry . Trust me. And just saying the guy that I had was easy on the eyes
I still come here for flavors; the Mrkt Plce brand has nice combinations, but the tcha carts have been gummy/leaking and no longer detecting coil after a few puffs. Maybe keep that in mind. That being said, staff is always friendly and doing their best. Love the guys every time I come in here.
Bought a dry vape. Didn't even have it a whole day before we tried to take it back. Personal preferences aside, it tastes and smells burnt and gives off a weird after smell. Return refused, and got returning a $100 device compared to returning a $20 bottle of juice.
