We are a nonprofit organization that often needs a quick turn around on items, and their team is always prepared to help. You don't take to an automated system- you talk to a real person. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to answer questions, pays attention to the details, and follows through on commitments. We highly recommend 5Star Bank!
5Star is the best! In particular I point out Jalessa Suddreth who always handles my banking matters with complete professionalism, expediently and with kindness.
The bank has abruptly closed our accounts, citing "inactivity" as the reason. These accounts were only recently opened with the required minimum deposits while our company was actively pursuing and completing venture capital funding rounds. We have just successfully closed a $30 million funding round and now urgently require a new banking partner to securely place these funds.
