Me and a couple of friends went-in together to have a pig done... we got to pick the exact meat we wanted from our pig. We couldn't beat the Price; surprisingly affordable, cheaper than any store. But, the Main Reason for my Review is the Meat. We couldn't stop eating the bacon or sausage we had them proess for us. I've had a pig done before by a different company years ago and I couldn't stand the smell when we cooked it and ONLY ate it cuz we spent alot of time and money on that pig to Not eat it. OMG! Love this place, talk about quality and a bang for your buck. You don't know how Bad Walmart meat is till you have quality.
Everything I bought was excellent. Pork chops no added sodium like the chains.Steaks were tender. Boneless chicken thighs excellent. Prices are good. I am a new customer great place for local farmers meats.
Always a pleasure dropping off my pigs for butcher. I do the usda inspections and it’s always great. Sausage flavors are great and many to choose from. Probably had around 5000lbs of pork done
