I would not recommend banking with 5 point. So many issues with them. The ladies had to call their manager for every question/issue we had. It should not be that difficult to set up a checking account for my wife and I. We have never had any issues when setting up accounts at different banks. Yall need to get it together. After reading the other reviews, it seems we dodged a bullet. We will take our business elsewhere.
Would not recommend fivepoint. They put a 2 week hold on a deposit check and gave me payments of my own money. Had more checks to deposit and had to go to stellar bank to cash the checks because they wanted to put holds on these checks too. Also, had a unauthorized charge on my account and they didn't do anything about. Customer service needs work too.
