Helpful staff positive attitude
Stanquinetta Fontenot helped my nephew open up a new account and also gave him some great tips on how to use the app, and manage his debit card. She was beyond accommodating and very professional. I can’t wait to send more of my family to open an account with her. She made us so excited to become apart of the Five Point Family.
This young lady is very professional and knows her job. Oh! I need to say she is always willing to go the extra step to make sure all is correct. She knows sometimes I will say the wrong amounts so she checks me. I really appreciate the customer services she gives each time I come in. Not too many employees give customer service anymore, so when I get it, embrace it. She a model employee. Thank you Stan. You are so appreciated.
