I had a very disappointing experience working with FivePoint Credit Union while trying to assist a customer who had a pre-approval through them. We were specifically told that someone would be available on Saturday to help move the deal forward, but when we attempted to reach them, no one was available. The day before, I spent a significant amount of time on hold only to have the call disconnected while being transferred to another representative. LaKisha George does excellent loan service. When I done my loan she caught an dealership error on an over charge . I recommend her for employee of the year. Always excellent service!

Definitely not recommended for several reasons. People are nice but there policies and business practices suck.
