Mrs Lakisha was very helpful to say the least. I appreciated her knowledge and the ability to explain things to where it's easily understood. She showed me features on the mobile app that I never know existed. It's very evident that she enjoys her job and the ability to assist a member in any way possible. That makes me enjoy being a member as well as look forward my future as a member!!
