I have been a member for about 6 months and never been into to Beaumont branch. I've been a few times now and Mrs Courtney has been very helpful to say the least. She ALWAYS greets me with that big bright smile. She's let me know about different programs that the credit union has as well and perks for members. She even complimented my shoes! That's the type of customer service that makes you feel like more than a customer. Like family..
DeMariah was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to get my preapproval done for a new auto loan.
Do not come here and do business been with this credit union since 2010 had a credit card loss my debit card i canceled the wrong account now they will not let me get my credit card back I have several accounts here and we all about to walk i use to tell people they was good to deal with but I guess I lied take your business somewhere else don't come to 5 point they not trying to help you over here bad for business
