The best. Saunas are infrared and all the rooms are private. I’m not into public sauna situations. I like to sweat to death alone. Private sauna cold plunge rooms, private sauna alone rooms, cold plunge rooms, red light rooms. It’s always clean and taken care of and it’s reasonably priced. Heads up tho, gotta buy online, download the unlock door app and then get in.

A quiet/clean nest - cocooning the SOUL/body… … Nothing like starting a drawing - with a dive into a blank sheet. Stepping into 5D felt like such an INVITATION. Curious caves of comfort (salt mist WHILE infrared sauna-ing, a WHOLE room magnetic bed, a sensory depravation tank, and a polar plunge)?! I visited 5D wellness because of the advertisements at snap fitness. I was interested in regular massages and other services. I walked over but the door was locked. I thought, no biggie I’ll just try again another day, and walked away. A lady came out and said, “can I help you?” I said I saw their card at snap fitness and wanted to check out the spa. She said, “are you looking for the dispensary?” I said, “no, I’m looking for massage mainly.” She responded, “I’m sorry but we’re locked to members.” I was so confused and disap... read more
