Ray is awesome! Flats are inevitable riding around here but luckily can rely on Ray to not only help me get back on the road. He will make sure I ride away safely by checking the brake pad alignments and that everything else in order. 5 star service, 5 star pricing!
Ray is very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable about bikes. I found him while I was searching for bike repairs. I had 2 kids bikes whose tires needing fixing. After the fix, he called the next day and charged me only for 1 bike because the other bike turned out didn't need any fixing. Thank you for doing a tidy job and I appreciate the honesty and an awesome experience.
Quick, efficient, and reasonable.. Loved it.
Had a couple issues with the brakes on my bike, and Ray fixed them so quickly, he was done before I got home. Super friendly, and knows exactly what he's doing. He had plenty of chances to up-sell me, but never did. He fixed only what was necessary, and nothing more. Will be coming back whenever my bike needs any major tweaks or repairs!
Ray is great to work with fast and reasonable with his prices. I have had several repairs/installations done by him . He doesn't get as backed up, as other shops.
