We stopped at this store about 15 minutes prior to closing, the service was better than I received at any other furniture store, the products were in stock and we had delivery the next morning. The only regret is I wish I hadn’t wasted my time at other furniture stores and went here first! Would definitely recommend!!

Jack patiently guided us through several options, and I ultimately chose to purchase a sofa at an excellent price. The same-day delivery offered great value as well.
I ordered my couch 3 weeks ago. I was promised delivery in about 2 weeks. We are on the 3rd week & each day there is a new excuse of why it has not been delivered. Now the store isn't even answering. Horrible communication & service.
Jack did not let me know that the sofa I wanted was sold out. I had to take busses and train from Langley to Richmond which took me 2 hours. All to go back without making a purchase. He did not even apologized even after I mentioned that it's took me 2 hours to get yo Richmond. Lack of Communication was terrible! I will never consider purchasing or suggesting anybody about 58 Furniture.
