Always fantastic! Clayton’s the best!
Finally a good nights sleep! I recently had a knee replacement and have been struggling with sleep. Primarily the pain and inflammation just doesn't allow me to get comfortable. But after a session at 541 with Clayton, I had the best night of sleep since my surgery. And, I felt great!
Four Months ago I cringed (actually cried) on my first plunge. Thanks to Clayton's calming and supportive coaching I'm plunging every week (without crying) and feeling better than ever. Thank you Clayton for seeing me thru to a better me :)
Fantastic experience. Not only is the hot/cold therapy rejuvenating for both mind and body, the social component (shared experience) is uplifting as well. You might be thinking “I hate the cold, why would I sign up for the ice bath” but it’s so worth it. You’ll leave in an awesome mood - energized, but yet all loosely-gooses and relaxed. It’s a natural high. Clayton (the owner) is also an awesome dude - friendly, knowledgeable, and also motivational! If you are scared at all, he’s there to coach you through the transitions.
