Cold water plunge and sauna combo. I found this very refreshing.. I felt energized after the experience.....somewhat surprised that I could be okay in such cold water! Clayton is very hands on guiding thru the experience. Bottom line...I've signed up for more!
I've always been a lifelong "water wuss," so deciding to try contrast therapy at 541 Social Club was a big stretch for me. But with Clay's coaching, encouragement and calm guidance, I've stuck with it and have been at it for 8 months. 541 Social has such a cool, positive vibe, it really feels like a community, not just a wellness spot. Every session leaves me feeling completely invigorated, and I consistently have the best night's sleep afterward. If you're on the fence, give it a try, you might surprise yourself like I did!
I am more than one year into regular contrast therapy and I love it! I have increased from one to two times per week and plan to continue this. Clay is a great coach and there is a nice community of regular plungers that makes this even more special.
This is by far the most therapeutic experience I have ever had. I started a year ago and wouldn’t choose anywhere else to heal and restore my body and mind. The facility is beautiful and immaculate. Asking my friend to jump in the river with me in winter was a hard sell, but with the promise of a sauna, clean water, and a professional coach, we ‘took the plunge’. It was a super positive experience to have the comfort provided by the professional facility, and the expertise from Coach Clayton. I have cold plunged many times but this was my first contrast therapy and I am surprised —it really takes it to the next level.
