Excellent service and expertise in helping choose options.
Not exactly welcoming to cyclists with a breakdown. I felt like I was bothering them since the problem was the weight on my bike (really?). The two young guys were really nice, but the slightly older person wasn't so great. $60 for the problem wasn't fixed, which stings a bit. I managed to get it sorted out in 10 minutes elsewhere.
They repaired my bike quickly, offering me several repair options. No sales pressure whatsoever. With their advice, I was able to choose parts that suited my needs and budget. I'll definitely be back. My bike rides like new again thanks to them, thank you!
Excellent professional and personalized service!
Impeccable service! I highly recommend it!
