We had issues with our couch within a month of buying it and the sent a replacement sectional (with delivery) immediately. 2 years later we still love this couch!
The two people in the show room are amazing & today I called the given number (Jon) he was so rude asking me "where in the hell I was" how do you speak to a customer like that. All I wanted to know is what time is are they there later to pick up.
Great customer Service! Very helpful and cost friendly. Will definitely recommend all furniture is quality based love it!!!!
Best service that I’ve ever had to deal with. The manager took his time to understand what we needed and when it didn’t get delivered correctly, he delivered it correctly the same day and it was next day delivery. If I could give him 10 stars I would because he is good at his job and makes sure his customers are happy and satisfied is a 10 out of 10.
