The two people in the show room are amazing & today I called the given number (Jon) he was so rude asking me "where in the hell I was" how do you speak to a customer like that. All I wanted to know is what time is are they there later to pick up.

Best service that I’ve ever had to deal with. The manager took his time to understand what we needed and when it didn’t get delivered correctly, he delivered it correctly the same day and it was next day delivery. If I could give him 10 stars I would because he is good at his job and makes sure his customers are happy and satisfied is a 10 out of 10.
Horrible experience, ordered an expensive custom couch with them the first week of February. It was supposed to take 2 weeks, 4 weeks go by the couch still isn’t here and the communication from the salesman is just non existent. I finally get ahold of the salesman and he says my couch was sold to another customer who really liked it without my permission. FRAUD - DO NOT SHOP HERE! I got my credit card bill that was over $3100 and called Gilbert to request an itemized invoice. It has been 3 weeks and they refuse to provide one to me, even after I sent seven emails requesting an itemized invoice and letting them know the police need a copy to investigate the fraudulent charge. When I called my credit card company, they told me there was a charge of almost $700 which I was unaware of and never authorized.
