Called them and set up a time within the hour to get a massage. Anna was very good. She did a deep tissue massage on my whole body and focused on my problem areas such as my trapezius. She also identified other problem areas that I didn’t know I had. She also did some hot stones which felt good. I’m very disappointed with my experience. I paid $80 for a one-hour massage, but the therapist tried to force an extra $20 tip plus a $5 “machine fee.” The first time I visited, she gave me a great deep tissue massage and I left feeling much better, so I decided to come back. This second visit was completely different. She kept leaving the room several times during the session, barely worked on me, and the massage had no real pressure or benefit.
