Walked in with my friend (we’re both in our early to mid-20s), and immediately a staff member came up to us assuming we were underage and told us not to steal. That was extremely disrespectful and disappointing. Just picked up my hazard packback from the Reno store. John was great in tracking down one for me since they discontinued the backpack. Some of the best customer service I have had in a long time

The sales associate was very helpful and professional.
Always clean, Always organized, Always polite. I've been shopping here whenever I can for years. I prefer their merchandise over other local military gear retailers. I won't name names or point fingers.. I'm happy to say in my opinion they are the best.
