Staff is always friendly and helpful. Nicely organized and clean. My go to spot when I'm in Springfield!
Store hours are wrong. Says on door closes at 6 pm for a Monday. Customer service is terrible. You have to approach them the minute you walk in. Their staff are short in conversation and rude. They seem bothered when you ask them about something. FYI, they don't do leo discount. 🤦

Poor customer service. Ask a question and they make it seem like you’re bothering. Store is disorganized. Won’t be back to this one.
