My daughter and I were picking up cookies next door and when we went to leave… our car battery was completely dead. Cookies = success. Car = not so much. Not knowing who to call, I saw the 5.11 sign right in front of us and figured I’d try my luck and call to see if anyone working there could help jump the car. Sure enough, they had someone who could! The people here are amazing and so nice!! I bought three pairs of pants, but I accidentally got the wrong sizes. When I came back, they had no problem exchanging them for the correct sizes. The whole process was easy and they were very friendly. Great customer service!
