I am so grateful I finally took a class at 509. I have been lifting in the gym for 2 years and getting burnt out on the same routine. I have several people I know who workout at 509 and one of my best friends who has been harassing me to try it. I own a business down the block and always see them running by. So easy to sign up. Professional. Accepting of all ability levels. Accommodating to injuries and deficits. Clean and organized. Everyone was so welcoming. A true community feeling the minute you walk through the door. Thank you for an amazing experience.
Shortly after starting working in Deer Park I began looking for a place to work out in the area and 509 was close by and I would see some of their members working out on the sidewalk and immediately felt intimidated, how can people work out on a busy public street.
