This gym has been a game-changer for me. It’s not just a place to work out—it’s a community that pushes you to do hard things and genuinely believes in your ability to grow. The encouragement and support from both the coaches and members create an atmosphere where you feel motivated to keep showing up. My weight loss and improved fitness are just part of the story. What I’ve gained in confidence, discipline, and community means even more, and I’m grateful for how much it’s helped me level up.
509 is in a league of its own for culture, community and exceptional knowledge in every aspect of fitness.
Update: It's been nearly a month since I began training at 509 Wellness, and it has been the best gym experience I've ever had. Every workout is well thoughout and planned making each session both challenging and rewarding. Joe, Baylee, and Ashley are exceptional trainers - chock full of knowledge and true experts in their field. Attended my first class at 509 Wellness yesterday and it was not a disappointment! Studio was immaculate and well-equipped, clearly designed with thoughtful attention to client comfort. I also appreciate how user-friendly their app is for reserving a spot in one of the many classes offered daily. Played great music during the workout.
