Supuestamente los productos que uno compra son nuevos! Después te das con la sorpresa que No! ... pero son productos USADOS!!!!!! Que mal! Es una estafa!!!!

Looking for a bedframe, i found a decent one here a bit costly. I told them i wanted to pick it up another day and she insisted a paid a deposit so i did. When i get the recipt it says no refunds on deposits and must use in store like okay thank you for not telling me this prior and the frame did not come in a box (display) which makes me think its prob used. The center rubber ends that touch the floor were missing so yeah.
