I want to Thank 5 star for being honest and not taking advantage of seniors and flood victims. These people are the nicest and helped me and explained everything to my insurance co. Thanks to them I did not have to pay another deducible .I worked three jobs just to pay the first deducible lol I had a really bad experience with a dealership in my hometown after the flood. I took both my cars in. They stayed in the shop for 33 days. The insurance paid them for both cars close to $5000 plus I paid $1000 deducible . They didn't ... read more
As a newcomer to The BAY AREA of Texas, I searched all over for a reputable business to take care of the headliner in my 2007 Mazda 6 4 - door Sedan. I looked in Seabrook, Kemah areas and the prices were simply outrageous. While traveling back home to League City, I came across Mike Verizzi owner of 5 Star Upholstery. HE gave me a much more reasonable estimate and did the car in one day. I didn't have to wait on my car. Not as great as the recommendations! The shop was recommended to me and I went for a headliner exchange despite the higher price than the few other upholstery shops I asked for a quote. The material of the liner when installed was different and cheaper looking than the original. A lot of wrinkles on it. The plastic holding the liner was covered with glue! :( The worst was when I picked up the car the sun shades were not mounted back correctly and one above the drivers seat felt on me when driving!!!
