My Son has Autism, took him to a Doctors appointment Yesterday...Mind you the Van we were picked up in, The Brakes were Grinding, and the Driver was Driving from lane, to lane.. I called @3:06PM, a hour goes by, another hour goes by.. I called Medicaid Transportation, told them we are still waiting...My Daughter had to lyft us home! Worst Company Ever! Unprofessional and Ghetto, and shouldn't be Transporting anyone! Needs to be shut down!

Have used them many times to the doctors, bank, grocery store, very nice and polite drivers. much better service than yellow cab

Driver tail gated me, honked for not getting his way, gave into road rage, whipped in and out of lanes, refused to use turn signals, wore headphones, was texting at the light, and eventually got his comeuppance when the light turned green, someone else honked at him to focus. Don't know about anyone else, but I certainly wouldn't trust a driver like that.

I always have 5 star pick me up I really enjoy talking to the drivers Randy and Cindy They have put up with me on long trips to Toldeo and back Even the boss man has taken me places Thank you 5 star for being so caring Susan L

Horrible customer service, as well they strand consumers at hospitals, appointments to fend for themselves. Would not recommend using this coming.
