They moved but didn't change the address and they don't answer the phone. Taxes are very personal documents and I would not send online my papers to anyone I don't know or talk to previously.
My taxes were never filed. They just collected my personal information, including bank account information, and then ghosted. A chain service at least provided accountability.
I had the pleasure to meet Steve to do my taxes, he provided the best service making us feel comfortable. He is trustworthy, professional and very knowledgeable. He was very patient and explained every little detail to us, he did not rush and took his time which I appreciated a lot. I highly recommend Steve and 5 Star Tax for your taxes need.
