After contacting this LLC, giving moving date, address and details, receving an email confirmation and leaving a $100 down payment... NO ONE SHOWED UP THE DAY OF THE MOVE. I called and spoke with Christina who assured she would call back but never did. I was forced to find another moving company at the last minute to complete the job. After feeling as though I had to harass these people, I finally received my $100 deposit back. HORRIBLE experience.... would not recommend using this company. NO STARS GIVEN.

Moving in the city usually makes me want to scream, but these guys were actually decent. I’ve got a lot of plants and weirdly shaped thrifted furniture, and I was convinced something would snap, but they wrapped everything up tight. They didn't complain about the lack of parking or my narrow stairs either. It felt like having a few friends help out, just way more efficient and less complaining. Honestly, just a massive weight off my shoulders.

Moving in NYC is usually a nightmare, but these guys were actually brilliant. I was panicking about fitting my furniture through the narrow hallway of my new place, but they handled it like pros without a single scratch. They were super patient when I realized I’d forgotten to pack my kitchen junk drawer, too. Honestly, they made a high-stress day feel so much lighter. If you’re moving locally, definitely give them a shout.

I was quoted $975 3 guys 4hrs. They took almost 9hrs To finish one guy left early. To then find out I had to pay more then double what I was originally quoted. The lady who spoke to me was rude and not helpful whatsoever poor customer service. Never again.

I got quoted for $975 to move and I paid the required deposit of $100. Packed everything sat and waited with my 6 month infant and my 5 year and they NEVER showed up. When you call, suddenly they don’t answer any of the calls and refuses to refund my deposit.
