I paid for 2 day shipping, it's now been 5 days since my order was placed and it still hasn't even left California,
Yes, as everyone stated, they do have a wide variety of items. They do carry some exclusive item's. And unfortunately, there are a lot of products that they have exclusivity to, and unfortunately, if something goes wrong with the product or is no longer performing its duties, they refuse to help you. They refer The manufacturer who does not respond to you so therefore you are stuck with a $500 item that does not work or it’s broken or corroded within three months would not recommend this place.
Received my parcel today, pleased with the service. Arrived earlier than expected! No damages, great prices. Cute little freebie included. Will definitely be ordering again, my new go-to for shisha flavours. Thank you for your great service!
Shipping says 4days,.I've even paid extra once for 2 day shipping and didnt receive it for almost a week. Anyways, I've been waiting over a week for standard shipping when it's supposed to be 4 days. I didn't have this issue at first. The more I order from them the later I receive my package. I've gotten yarn from turkey in less time then this! Do better! I will be taking my business else where. I've done this dance too many times at this point....
Great selection, customer service and reasonable prices. I generally order online and either have it shipped or pickup in store. These guys have been very friendly and helpful every time I've had a question. Would highly recommend.
