I keep receiving old, beat up hookah and containers. My last order I received a 5 year old package of tobacco, the order I received today it's a bunch of undated beat up containers that look like they've been sitting for years. The inside filled with dust and the bag of tobacco is leaking everywhere.

I am dealing with Alex.Firstly,my delivery was for US and I paid through Canadian CC.They wanted me to send them a picture of my credit card.really? Then i paid more and requested the delivery to Canada.
