I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but my experience was excellent. The delivery was very fast (even to Texas) and the communication and customer service, especially with Alex, were great. I also appreciated the thoughtful gifts included in my order. I look forward to ordering from here again soon!
I was really impressed with my online order! They included a coupon for my next purchase and threw in a bonus flavor. There are also many good deals when you buy in bulk. I've never seen service like this before — You guys are absolutely incredible!
I buy online from South Dakota because they carry ROR shisha which no one seems to have and when I’ve asked my local smoke shops they claim they can’t get it. I had a rather large order but the box was well packed and all items were in excellent condition. They even included a free 50g shisha of one of my favorite flavors. (Fantasia Firecracker). This was my first purchase, and I had an excellent experience. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I made a mistake with my order, but Alex responded promptly and resolved it within a few hours. I also wanted to add an extra item to my order, and he handled that quickly as well. Everything was securely packaged, and nothing arrived damaged. I'm on the East Coast and I received my order within a week. Overall, I highly recommend 5star! They have a large inventory and excellent customer service!
5star Hookah are the absolute best! Great range of tobacco, bowls, pipes and HMDs! Reasonable prices and items are always in stock. They always pick up the phone when I need hookah advice. Recommended Alex and his team 100%!
