I had a very disappointing experience with this notary. Her business advertises availability from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, yet she was unavailable because she works another job until 2:30 PM. It is misleading to advertise hours that are not actually honored. The service itself was disorganized; I wasn't given clear instructions on what was needed, which forced me to return multiple times.
