Came here for a hot stone couple massage and it was amazing. Felt super relaxed and comfortable with the girls here. Definitely recommend and will be coming back
I visited this place with my wife on Friday and we loved it. They gave us great service and the relaxing massage was excellent. They gave us wine to make our day special. It's one of those places I would go back to.
The first time everything was great, the service was good and she was very polite, but this time another girl named Diana doesn't know what to do at all, 30 minutes hadn't passed and she said it was over, 👎🏻👎🏻
I visited the 5 Elements Spa and was very pleased. The service was impeccable. The sheets and towels were snow-white, and the room smelled of lemon. I had a fantastic massage from Nadya. My back, lower back, and leg muscles relaxed and stopped hurting. I had a good therapeutic and relaxing massage at the same time. I regularly visit this spa. One fair way to judge a service provider is if they provide the service you pay for. When getting a massage, the most easily defined and measured component is the amount of time. On that measure alone, I give this establishment 1 star. I made an appointment for a 1hr massage with Emma at 12:30, arrived 2min early and was led to a room. I quickly got undressed and down on the table, then laid there for 10-12min until she came in to begin the massage (12:42pm). There was a clock on the wall making it easy to track the times.
