My first visit to this beautiful spa in downtown San Clemente. I came for a neck-shoulder-back massage, and Carrie relieved the pain and tension. She suggested ways to alleviate future discomfort and how to be mindful about the activities that can create this. The salon is welcoming and relaxing, a space of tranquility. I did not want to leave! Highly recommend.
I have had two wonderful massages at 5 Elements. My therapist, Cara, did an amazing job releasing pain from sciatica trigger points. Nice, quiet, cozy location in San Clemente. Parking can be a challenge - use parking lots located off of Del Mar Ave.

Best spa in San Clemente. Bernard and Khristina Malek are not only extremely skilled (which is hard to find) but very good and welcoming people.
