On first visit we agreed to a payment plan for multiple visits at a discounted rate. There was no reduction for the initial consult even though part of that treatment was sold to me as complimentary it was tacked onto my bill. Lilli is a not just an extremely experienced acupuncturist but so much more. Her knowledge of Chinese medicine and wholistic wellbeing is admirable. I would thoroughly recommend 5 elements to anyone who is seeking an alternative to regular treatment and general good health. Lilli’s flexibility with appointments makes her very accessible. After 8 failed IVF transfers, I began fertility acupuncture with Lilli, including herbs & moxibustion, prior to my 9th IVF transfer. I am very happy to say I am now 13 weeks pregnant with my first baby at 50 years of age with no complications. I have continued treatment weekly throughout pregnancy.
