Fairly average lots of things I would like but I am worried about the quality of chinese made equipment, a phone number direct the store would be good, rather than talking to somebody supposedly in Canberra, who cannot a question. I did buy a tool kit which supposedly will be able to repair 90% of problems if you have metric problems, imperial problems are not included, and if you drive a modern 4x4 just forget it, it only caters for simple screws and bolts not the complicated fixings on modern 4x4, The lady in Canberra say... read more
Through a cheap price and a great product this company in browns plains has lost the concept of customer service. Value of products is amazing but should stick to online . or improve their systems and processes in store
Supplied brackets with missing bolts. After multiple emails and phone calls they are still playing games. FFS how hard is it to just send me the missing 2x bolts !!! Worst service I've seen in years. It seems they are stalling on purpose. Not sure why over 2 fricken bolts. Substandard and incompetant support !!
Only kings product but can have some good discounts and good products customer service also good
Lovely staff they gave my phone made sure I didn't lose it and was quick and effective
