We’ve bought 2 houses and sold one with Kevin. There couldn’t have been a more streamlined, transparent and honest process. Any time of day Kevin was open to responding to any questions, concerns or curveballs we had for him. Scheduling time for showings was always a breeze and walkthroughs thorough and well researched. We’ll never have anyone else help us while Kevin is still running 4th Right!
We used Kevin 3 different times for the sale of 3 different homes over the last 6 years. Each time he made sure we were always heard and always communicated with on different things. He also helped us find our other homes and always put what we wanted and could afford even if that mean looking at heating and electrical bills. Kevin is amazing realtor and we would recommend him to absolutely anyone in a heart beat.
Kevin is a kind, hard working realtor! He helped my husband and I buy, sell and buy again! Kevin is dedicated to being transparent and honest. No matter what question or hour of he day he was always there to help. Every showing and walkthrough we had was full of curiosity, warmth and character. Kevin truly knows how to make you feel like family, especially when looking for a home for yourself. I will miss our house dates!
Kevin will not communicate with you and will tell you lies. I do not suggest using him as a realtor. I had to have him correct my listing. He showed up at my house unannounced I came home on my lunch so I could tidy up things before a showing and he said "oh I didn't think you would be home". He was always downgrading to me in his texts especially if I mentioned that he was not communicating things with me. Not professional at all never returns phone calls or messages . Does not do anything he says he is going to do. Says he is a man of the church, but will downgrade people behind their band . Very rude and disrespectful towards women .
