I have been waiting on our order since May. It is now December. The original custom order was input incorrectly by the sales person and took months to arrive. Upon arrival we had to refuse delivery as it wasn't what we ordered. I was then promised a new order would be expedited and when the expected new delivery date of Dec. was given, they assured me it wouldn't take until December but that was just a placeholder date. But here is the truth and complete transparency- there has been a delay and here is why- , key parts of our manufacturing and distribution chain have experienced delays that are extremely challenging to navigate. This is happening worldwide with every industry, particularly with furniture and appliances, that utilize freight carriers as part of their fulfilment processes.
I called the company when the sofa came with a hole in the side. Angela told me to accept the order and they would replace the part. I did so and discovered two days later when I called back for a status update that the replacement wouldn't come for another 3 months (this was after the original order took 4 months to arrive). It offered free power recline on all powered seats, regardless of cost- which is equal to $100 of per seat or 10% off whichever is greater and also 10% off of manual seats. If an item is in stock at the time of the order, it will ship within 24 hours. Don't order from this company...horrible! I ordered a ********* sofa and loveseat in October 2019 for almost $5000 which was not delivered until February 2020. So much for "...shipping within 24 hours"...about 6 months pass and the seats in my loveseat begin to sink, drastically. Don’t waste your time. They just want your money, once they get it good luck having anything else done. I still Have not received my furniture. They tell you what you want to hear and then they do whatever they want.

Unfortunately, the freight carriers have experienced severe delays- which in turned caused delays with some of our shipment. We always try to the right every time. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

I ordered a captains chair 09/25/20. When I received the invoice is said it was due to ship...that's right ship the 01/06/21. We ordered seats about a month ago. Never got a tracking number, and now no one knows where the seats are. They were supposed to have arrived ten days ago. Have been told two completely different things this far as to the location. It's difficult to even get anyone to answer the phone, and when they do they aren't eager to help at all
