Upon reading reviews/complaints of this company on the various websites, I found them to reinforce my own personal experience, I find this company sorely lacking in all aspects. Their products are shipped defective quite often. Receiving a replacement part for the defective part is a lengthy process taking up to six months or more. Emails are not always responded to. i purchased 2 sofas from 4 seating. one came with a tear in the leather. i have been trying to get it resolved for a weeks. i was told i would be getting another sofa. now they told me i probably did it and they wanted to send me a kit to repair it myself. i did not spend thousands of dollars to finally get new sofas and to repair it myself. i am now trying to get in touch with the warranty company but i cannot get thru. i will have to try again. this company is awful to deal with if you have a problem. they do have nice f... read more

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! Terrible customer service and false advertising on time line and faulty product. I ordered a row of 2 chairs. I was told 2 weeks delivery. OK, you would think that's 2 weeks to get your home correct? nope! That is 2 weeks to get to the 3rd party shipper, JB Hunt. Should’ve listened to my wife and not ordered an expensive sofa from an internet site. Ordered a Vienna theater sofa from 4seating.com around Labor Day. Total cost was approximately 2500.00. While the sofa was being delivered by JB Hunt, the console was broken and the sofa was dropped. I have made over ten calls to try to resolve. Got a different answer from almost everyone I spoke with. Looks like 4seating has good reviews overall so I ordered 2 leather couches on May 9th with the understanding they would take 4 weeks to reach me. On June 5th I have not heard one word from 4seating so I called and spoke to Jessica. She stated the couches would be delivered July 1st which would be 7 weeks from the time I ordered. On June 29th, not a word from their no service department so I emailed Jessica who emailed me right back. Purchased extra-large cuddle seat about 5 months ago and have a defective cuddle seat. I have been in contact with Richard via email and by phone. I even spoke to one of his coworkers. Both of them are giving me the runaround. The product is covered under the warranty period but they fail to resolve the problem. I spent over $1,200 and have a cuddle seat that is useless.
