Upon reading reviews/complaints of this company on the various websites, I found them to reinforce my own personal experience, I find this company sorely lacking in all aspects. Their products are shipped defective quite often. Receiving a replacement part for the defective part is a lengthy process taking up to six months or more. Emails are not always responded to. i purchased 2 sofas from 4 seating. one came with a tear in the leather. i have been trying to get it resolved for a weeks. i was told i would be getting another sofa. now they told me i probably did it and they wanted to send me a kit to repair it myself. i did not spend thousands of dollars to finally get new sofas and to repair it myself. i am now trying to get in touch with the warranty company but i cannot get thru. i will have to try again. this company is awful to deal with if you have a problem. they do have nice f... read more
STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! Terrible customer service and false advertising on time line and faulty product. I ordered a row of 2 chairs. I was told 2 weeks delivery. OK, you would think that's 2 weeks to get your home correct? nope! That is 2 weeks to get to the 3rd party shipper, JB Hunt. Should’ve listened to my wife and not ordered an expensive sofa from an internet site. Ordered a Vienna theater sofa from 4seating.com around Labor Day. Total cost was approximately 2500.00. While the sofa was being delivered by JB Hunt, the console was broken and the sofa was dropped. I have made over ten calls to try to resolve. Got a different answer from almost everyone I spoke with. We do have models that are made in China, Vietnam and in the US. It depends on the model as to which location it is made. We never try hide anything. there is no reason to do so. If it were possible to leave zero stars here I would. I find it laughable this company has an A+ BBB rating, because that can't be accurate. I've owned my 4seating sofa for less than a year, and after spending more than $4,000 I'm still waiting for my second major repair on my sofa to take place. Earlier this year I had to have an entire arm rest replaced, and now I'm waiting for an entire center section to be replaced. If I could give a zero, I would. Waited for our “24 hour shipping” for a month. Then they claimed the shipping company couldn’t find our order-it moved “unmanifested.” Then the shipping company said they never picked it up. Not a single person could tell me where my $2000 piece of furniture was. Finally requested a refund and am waiting to even see that. We will see if that ever gets to me. I don’t understand why Amazon can tell me where my $5 item is at all time and between 4seating and their shipping company, no one could ... read more

We discovered the freight carrier did not handle their paper work and therefore they missed the scans that would have provided much needed visibility. Instead they were shipping blindly. We certainly hope that a freight carrier would never mis-manage their paperwork. We will be issuing a refund and this is already in process. We always try to the right thing for our customers even during the most difficult times.
