Bought a top for my son's desk - he loves it! The quality is great and the item was delivered on time. I gave it 4 stars because it took a week for the order to get processed. I had to reach out via email and enquire about the status of my order.

Ordered a chair back in early July. No communication from anyone until I had to follow up a month later, that the chair we ordered was no longer available. We selected an alternative, where again we've had to follow up constantly for updates on it's ETA. Told it was coming again, we are now early October and still nothing. Nearing 3 months without the product. Not good enough for a product we've already paid for.
