Ordered a chair back in early July. No communication from anyone until I had to follow up a month later, that the chair we ordered was no longer available. We selected an alternative, where again we've had to follow up constantly for updates on it's ETA. Told it was coming again, we are now early October and still nothing. Nearing 3 months without the product. Not good enough for a product we've already paid for.

i received excellent service from Shane when purchasing a variable height desk recently. His product was practical and well priced, just what i have been searching for over the last few months.
