The most expensive tax prepaer we have ever used. We have the same stuff every year and this place was more than double what we have paid every year in the past. Proof attached for reference that yes we did have our taxes prepared since they are claiming they didn't help me. When I met with the person who prepared my taxes, I asked how much to expect to be charged. I was told I don't know that until we do your taxes. Ive been with them for years but this year I had a very frustrating experience with Sarah. Communication was extremely poor, phone calls were never returned, and attempts to reach her directly were unsuccessful. When you're trusting someone with important financial matters, responsiveness is essential, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. I highly recommend 4P Taxes! It's obvious that Sarah and her team truly care about small business owners and people in general. She made me feel right at home, made the process quick and easy, and she even congratulated/celebrated my past years success with me.
I went to 4p in September to have my taxes done. Well I just got a call from them saying we hadn't paid them their fee. I did pay on date of service in person. Then I asked if they had even submitted our taxes. They said no because they were waiting for my husband's signature. The forms were sent to him electronically and he sent the sign documents back that same day. Why no follow up on payment or signatures right after appointment. Plus we did pay and sign. I thought tax people were the type to excellent in record keeping ... read more
