Im writing this review based on a not very good experience regarding their physio service not the Pilates classes because they are great. This happened in 2023. I was assigned a gentleman who I saw once while I was pregnant I really needed some assistance with the pain I was dealing with and it seemed promising. Was advised a plan would be done for me and I would receive the help I needed. Booked my appointment for the next session.
