Absolutely unpleasant experience. I called last week to make an appointment, and the lady who helped me gave me little to no information about my appointment. I was referred by a friend to come, so that’s how I found out about the place. The receptionist had told me the person who would do my taxes would text me about my appointment. I never received a text. So on the day of my appointment, I attempted to call to verify my appointment, and of course no answer. I’ve been going here since I was in my teens, and I’m 40 years old! It’s very sad, because I notice the people that have negative comments, never post their real identity, never have a picture on their account, and it’s just very sad!….😏😕 Anyway GODWIN has excellent customer service, and he helps me out a lot, so does him and his other staff!
Terrible customer service, very unprofessional person, keeps peoples. Personal information.... Not 100% honest.... Kept our family's information, and participated in identity theft......
Seemed lost when I asked about my taxes. And did not understand him on the phone. Seemed very rude. Do not understand the high ratings. Pretty sure they’re fake. Said he charges 3k for corporate taxes which is what I needed. Not even the top corporate tax firms charge this for a small business. So, I knew he didn’t know what he was talking about.
