If you’re going elsewhere for your morning shakes or mid day protein bowl pick me up, seriously reconsider! Every morning I call and place an order for either a weekly special shake or an ole reliable. With passion and skill the owners quickly and independently make the most consistent best shakes, teas and bowls. Not to mention the great prices, smiles and conversation you get when you’re there!
I recently visited 4life nutrition with high hopes for a delicious and refreshing smoothie bowl. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The presentation was lackluster, and the ingredients seemed far from fresh. The fruit was mushy, and the granola was stale, making for an unpleasant texture overall. Just went there to get a quick smoothie & the customer service is amazing! I got a pistachio cheesecake smoothie & a hibiscus chai tea, and there are no complaints here. Definitely visiting again!
