Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for my girlfriends car to get tinted. My girlfriend drove an hour to drop off the car. Told me to come in at 9am to drop off the car. I showed up at 8:50am. Waited till 9:30am and guy never showed up. Kept calling him and texting him never got a call or text back. Very unprofessional. At least if the person was running late could of told me but never got an update or anything.
4K Automotive Solutions is an outstanding family run business. Mr. Irving and his wife put in 120% every step of the way to make sure each customer is treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I have brought my Audi S6 and Tesla M3P to him for window tints, Chrome delete and roof wrap. My brothers have brought their respective BMW 335i, and two Audi S4's to him for the same amazing work. Irving does a wonderful job with wrapping. He did my Porsche Taycan and I’m so happy with it. From the first call to going through several samples to make sure I got my right color to accommodating drop off and pick up times - you get a wonderful customer service experience. The end product was perfect and done in a timely manner. He even gives you picture updates throughout. Highly recommend for your wrapping needs.
