I use 4Inkjets for my replacement HP cartridges and I had 2 that I had purchased some time ago and they would not work. Lydiap, in support, asked me to try different things to get them to work, which they didn't. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, just the way customer service should be. She offered me replacement cartridges even though I had purchased some time ago. Appreciate her helpfulness and great customer service. Thank you Lydiap, 4Inkjet you have an excellent employee here.
