It’s the worse credit union I have ever been involved with !!! Can never get anyone on the phone to help no one knows what the other department is doing so I went to another credit union now I’m having troubles even closing my loan out when they got a pay out

I’m pissed. OTR truck driver, got stranded with no food for myself, my dogs, and my 14 year old son in New York because of this place. My suggestion is if you ever plan to travel outside of manistee.. Don’t use them.
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen from a financial institution! They completely messed up my mom's loan payoff and then charged her extra fees for THEIR mistake. Save your sanity and don't bank here.
