More like a bank anymore it was better when it was Members Credit Union just recently called to see if I can get a lower interest rate on my credit card they said if I have a 745 credit score the lowest interest rate they can offer is 13% that's why we left we currently have credit cards through Forest Area Federal Credit Union 9.9% I'll never go back to 4 front and all I'm seeing is negative reviews so I'm sure their time is going to be short
BEWARE!!! If you have children with accounts at 4front! My daughter who is 19 and a college student went in to close out her accounts before going to college. The teller talked her into keeping her savings open with $1 in it. They never closed her checking that had $0 in it and allowed 2 charges to go through and charged her late fees. She did not charge anything to the account. They sent her to collections for $46. If this is the way that they treat children and young adults, I do not recommend banking with them ever. If I want to.be treated like a person that lives where they don't know you. It would befine. I use a friendlier CU where it is person to person if I choose.
