I've personally have had the best of service there on every level.
Went here today to get a replacement debit card the girl that helped me was nice but when she handed it to me i asked her how to set up my Apple Pay with my new card just because it had been awhile and i forgot how to do it. She looked at me and goes "i have no idea what that is" and gave me the strangest look and walked away. I was very confused lol it was just a strange interaction.

This branch has been nothing but a head ache. They consistently make accounting errors. They seem to be intentionally unhelpful as well which is very scary for a financial institution.
