I had someone charge my account falsely, on a couple occasions, everytime I disputed it, one time literally with a scammer, they side with the scammer instead of me, and I lost $300. This time when it happened not with a scammer but with a company that was not authorized to use my account any longer and they did anyways $632. I absolutely love this branch on Mitchell and Division across from Plaths. Ashlee and Lindsey make you feel like you’re a guest in their home! Not only is their service awesome Ashlee the branch manager saved me almost 1 point off a competitor’s rate on a RV loan. Found our forever banking home!
