This is a credit union with a bank mentality. My boyfriend had $250 in overdraft fees that were refused to be refunded after he was a victim of fraud. They reversed all the clearly fraudulent charges but not the $250 in overdraft fees that were accrued due to the fraud. The teller told him "well you should have checked your account." He checked it that very morning after getting paid!! Who thinks/has the time or service to check in between every transaction when you've already checked that very morning??
