Gave well informed information and instruction as to what was wrong with my shoulder. My shoulder definitely felt freer after my session and I was sent away with clear instructions as to how to treat it with exercises when I left.

Cam is the absolute man to see for anything body related. I have worked with cam for years and is the one practitioner who truly gets and understands the body. He takes his time, leaves no stone un tuned to correct tension, pain and patterns. He has helped my shoulder pain, hip mis alignment and disk issues in the past. Absolutely the man to see.
I'm 57 now. Started surfing again and my neck began to seize up all the time. Friend said go see Cam his awesome. So I went and saw 4EVERfitness and its now been 5 years since I had a sore neck. One session job done. Miracle worker no kidding , sorry for the very late review . Cheers Lachlan
I have Multiple Sclerosis with limited feeling in my legs etc. Cam from 4EVERfitness is now a big part in my physio management program. His understanding in the body and muscle functions has been a massive help. Some of the best help in the 20 years since I was diagnosed .. Highly recommend .
