12 hrs waiting and I’m still at door and they don’t start loading yet
It is produce people its either fast if they have it or slow if they have to wait on product. I've been coming here for over a year now. People are nice the food truck is great cash only tho. Check in they give you a card put it in your window when door is available they will come tell you dock your truck go to office give them card they will call when your done go get paperwork and leave. Appt 1530 Check in 1445 Door 1700 Loaded 1930

Too slow. My appointment was at 2:00 PM. I got a dock at 3:00 PM, and it’s already 4:00 PM but they still haven’t started loading. I’m giving 2 stars, mainly for the gate guard who was very polite. But the loading process is really slow.
my appointment 1pm check in 12 am i am still on dock 12 hrs very bad experience this company please avoid this company don’t come here. Don’t respect for the drive. Please be careful. Don’t book load this company
