Usually shippers let you checkin an hour or a two before appointment, but here you can check in only 10min before appointment Crazy and no parking for trucks aswell no parking signs everywhere Good luck
This place is very unorganized!! Came 1 hour before appointment and I was told to come back 4:40pm. Came back sit in line for hours. Security taking hour lunch, no back up. Trucks gets stuck in line for hours🤦♂️ lady in check in was nice. I sure they can improve this place
On site food truck gets 5 stars.. Everything else is shit.
The evening team is always nice Griselda is the front desk and runs the office pretty smooth. Alfredo is on top of issues and loads pretty fast and maintains communication with drivers. George started as guard and is now a loader he’s fast and gets the job done. There is a few slower guys but overall these three carry the team. This place is absolutely pathetic. Went to check in and the guy was just as rude as can be from the get go they don’t like you if you’re not Hispanic. Will never come back here
