I’ve been going to 4D Skin Clinic since the day they opened, and I can honestly say they’re amazing. The admin team is super helpful and friendly, making the booking of appointments easy. My experiences with the Dermatologist have been excellent. However , the laser treatment on my face to remove brown spots and red veins in the nurse led clinic had no effect. The nurse tried a second time and my face was quite red and hot for a number of hours but there was no result whatsoever. I am making people aware of this as it cost me $500 and I wasn’t offered any sort of refund or complimentary treatment. I could have bought an LED face mask for this price. My issue is with the 10mls of cream you get through Artesian in Q’Land that cost me $93 incl. postage and I was suppose to use on my arms twice a day for 6 days and the cream only did 2 1/2 days.i had a 2nd repeat to use but that was going to be another $93 and still not enough to do 6 days. I am also wondering way we send to Q’Land for the cream. I don’t expect too but my skin doesn’t appear to have had any reaction to the cream. I feel like it’s a bit of a scam.
The staff are all wonderfully friendly and organised. Dr Clara Balcells is the sweetest doctor I have ever met. She’s very thorough and her procedures have been perfect. Love 4D
